I’m skipping #yoga this #morning. In all my efforts to set a structured, regular #routine, I’ve found that sometimes it’s better to go with what your #body and quiet #innervoice is asking for. In this case, my inner voice wasn’t so quiet at 6.30am today. She was a bit yelly actually. So, instead I’m sitting here quietly with #coffee, #tarot and a view of the neighbour’s #verdant green #garden complete with #hillshoist, before I set off on a #meditative #walk around the hood to calm the sooky 11 year-old in me who just wants to eat chocolate and chips and listen to #Bach very loudly all day. #calming #quieting #shoosh #mornings #beginning #softening #process #gooddaysbaddays #trust #ritual #walking #everyday #patience
