Ladies! Join ADC and The Maryland Bird Conservation Partnership in monitoring Bald Eagle 🦅 nests. State-funded surveys of Maryland’s Bald Eagle population were discontinued in 2005. Since then, the continuous threats from pollution, coastal development and degraded fish populations in various tidal watersheds all contribute to the need for renewed monitoring of Bald Eagles in Maryland. All you need is binoculars and three days of free time spread out over the breeding season (March through July). You will need to complete the registration form and watch a short training video prior to monitoring and collecting your data. This is an ongoing and continuous conservation effort and you can register at any time at, https://marylandbirds.org . See MD State Chapter President @brittanyhduty for more details!
