Another day, another lunchtime yoga session in the fire escape staircase at work. I've been using this time to focus on strength and conditioning exercises in the run up to Berlin marathon, but I keep finding myself wanting to attempt yoga poses too. It's all beneficial in the end. Starting to critique myself and see where I can improve. Today I tried a shoulder stand, Crow, and what I'm calling a wobbly Tree in the wind. I've got 90 minutes with @julienburnier_massage_therapy tonight to work out all the kinks before the race 😱 Counting down the days.
