Sssssh! I have a "secret" to tell you! Most mornings-I'm riding the struggle bus through most of my workout. 😳 Yep, my videos show me smiling, completing moves, looking mostly like I've got my shiznit together and I typically like to show the different moves so you can all get an idea of what I'm doing....BUT...I've come to realize something about how I portray my workout.... ✨If I were someone who was thinking about starting a workout program, and saw this girl on Facebook (me) completing their workouts with ease, I'd look at that as potentially an unattainable thing, I'd be overwhelmed and intimidated and likely scared to even try....✨ So here is what Cheryl REALLY looks like during a workout.... sweaty, tired, flopping down after a move, screwing up the sequence of a move, and then having to quit early because of Charlie Horses in my hamstring and abs 😩😜 Workouts are hard work. That's how you get better. But they can be done! They're designed that way. Even if you have to modify the snot out of them, take breaks, do half the moves-whatever.... at least you're up and moving!! Remember- I'm aiming for Fit(ish). Not perfection.
