A friend recently introduced me to the Smash Pack, which is a protein/performance food and can be used as a decent post workout snack. As shown in my photo, these are the three stages of eating it. -- 1. Start to eat it and realize that it has the consistency of a super thick toothpaste. -- 2. Realize that the taste isn't too bad, but then.. -- 3. Discover that it's sour as hell and realize that it isn't all that appetizing. -- Needless to say, I won't be using this as a post workout in the future....or ever..
