#MondayMealPrep - Low-Carb BBQ Chicken Flatbread Looking for something the whole family will like and is SUPER fast to make?? Like 5 minutes fast? . . As long as you have some pre-cooked chicken breast, you'll be all set! AND you can make this a different type of pizza if you want! (i.e. chicken sausage, tomato sauce, and mozzarella could work too!) . . . INGREDIENTS (macros are for 1 pizza): 2 Flatout® Light Original Flatbreads (in bread aisle) 1/4 G Hughes Sugar Free Regular BBQ Sauce 2 tbsp Sweet Baby Raes BBQ Sauce 1/3 cup 2% Colby Jack cheese, shredded 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded 6 ounces grilled chicken breast, torn into pieces 1 tablespoon red onion, diced 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped Non stick baking spray . . . DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray just a little bit of non-stick baking spray. 3. Mix BBQ Sauces and put 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce on each flatbread and spread evenly on the flatbreads. 4. Sprinkle both cheeses over the flatbreads. 5. Mix the remaining BBQ sauce with the grilled chicken and place on pizzas. 6. Top with the diced onion. Bake for 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle the cilantro on top and serve.
