PERSONAL TRAINING FOR THE PRICE OF A LATTE A DAY? # I talk to A LOT of people who tell me that they would LOVE to start training, but they either: # -Don’t Live in the FAR Southwest where I do Personal training. # OR # -Don’t have the money to shell out 60-75/session of coaching. # Fair enough. # Not everyone has the financial ability OR live in the area to get personal coaching EVERY training session. # That’s why I wanted to create Hybrid Training. # What the heck is hybrid training? # Well, it’s more exciting than a Toyota Prius, but also less exciting than t is a combination of In person training, but also online check-ins. # You will receive: # 1 In person training session to learn exercises for the following month, # 1 Online based training program online, complete with video demos, technical cues and flexibility and mobility drills specific for YOU. All programmed by a fitness professional you can trust. # All of these are available to you so you can access them and work out on YOUR OWN TIME. # NOT ONLY THAT, you’ll get nutrition recommendations as well to help you hit your goals as fast as possible, but without sacrificing your health and sanity. # I’m not a nutritionist, but I help come up with solutions to common nutrition problems like knowing WHAT to eat and HOW much to eat based on what you like to eat. # AND, accountability to keep you doing the stuff you know you should do, but don't always do. # Oh ya. I’ve started doing this with a few clients, and they are loving it!
